Got up really late - after 12.30pm - with really fuzzy head and red bleary eyes.
Tim had gotten up earlier and started to work on the ride on mower - an essential mode of transportation for anyone in town. There are plenty of squirrels, cardinals (birds with very bright plumage) and other such animals and apparently there are moles on the ground.
We had sliced onion and tomato with balsamic, avocado, fresh baked sour dough bread and chipolata sausages (called links)
We took a drive round to the central store and bought some essentials. This little store is like an IGA at home but the foods are much like you'd expect from American cuisine - sugar frosted breakfast cereals of every animal description, biscuits, prepackaged every things and big-assed meat packages. Turkey is as available as chicken.
I supervised Tim's work on the mower as Clare made a meatloaf for dinner.
Donny called around to say hello - he's a big bloke with boney shoulders that are set violently twitching whenever he says something funny - which is all of the time. He loves our Aussie accents.
After dinner, we went for a drive around to Donny's 'Man Cave'
